Preparation
Cook plant-based chick’n filets according to package directions.
Stir together mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in coleslaw mix and apple.
Spread BBQ sauce on bottom buns and top with pickles. Top with a chick’n filet, apple slaw, sweet potato chips and top buns and serve. Serve and enjoy your plant-based BBQ chicken sandwiches!
